Terms of Service

These Terms of Service (the “Terms”) govern your access to and use of Pocket Pals at maddyspocketpals.com(the “Site”) and any purchase you make from us. By using the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site.

Pocket Pals(“we,” “us,” or “our”) sells crochet accessories and related products online. You can reach us any time at hello@maddyspocketpals.com.

You must be at least 18, or have permission from a parent or guardian, to buy from us. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you give us is accurate and that you are allowed to use the payment method you provide.

Product descriptions, photos, and specifications are our representations of what you will receive. We do our best to show our products and colors accurately, but screens vary, so slight differences in color are normal. Prices are listed in USD and may change at any time. We may limit quantities or stop offering an item without notice.

Placing an order is an offer to buy. We may accept or decline any order, and we may cancel an order (with a full refund for that order) if an item is mispriced or unavailable, or if we suspect fraud. Your order is confirmed once we email you a confirmation.

Payments are processed securely by Stripe. By placing an order, you authorize us to charge your payment method for the total shown at checkout, including shipping and any applicable taxes.

Orders ship from the United States and typically arrive within 3 to 8 business days, with a tracking link sent by email. Delivery times are estimates, not guarantees, and we are not responsible for carrier delays once an order has shipped.

International orders may be subject to import taxes, customs duties, or VAT charged by your country. Any such fees are your responsibility and may be collected by the carrier or customs authority on delivery.

All sales are final.

We do not accept returns or exchanges, or offer refunds, for change of mind, buyer’s remorse, or incorrect size selection. Please review the size guide on the product page before you order to choose the right fit.

The one exception: if your order arrives damaged, defective, materially different from what was described, or never arrives, contact us at hello@maddyspocketpals.com within 14 days of delivery (or the expected delivery date) and we will repair, replace, or refund that order. Nothing in these Terms limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer-protection law that cannot be waived.

Promo codes and bundle discounts cannot be combined unless we say so, have no cash value, and may be changed or ended at any time.

The Pocket Pals name, logo, designs, product images, text, and other content on the Site are owned by us or our licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws. You may not copy, reproduce, or use them without our written permission.

We love seeing your photos. If you post content featuring our products on social media or other public channels, you grant us a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to repost and use that content for marketing. You keep ownership of anything you create.

If you create an account or sign in (including with Google), you are responsible for keeping your login secure and for activity under your account. Let us know right away if you believe it has been compromised.

Do not use the Site to break the law, infringe the rights of others, interfere with how the Site works, or attempt to access it in unauthorized ways.

The Site and our products are provided on an “as is” and “as available” basis. To the fullest extent allowed by law, we disclaim all warranties we are permitted to disclaim, including implied warranties of merchantability and fitness for a particular purpose.

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Pocket Pals will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order.

You agree to indemnify and hold Pocket Pals harmless from any claims arising out of your misuse of the Site or your violation of these Terms.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be handled in the courts located there, unless applicable law requires otherwise.

If you are protected by the EU General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) or the UK Data Protection Act, our handling of your personal data is governed by our Privacy Policy and applicable data-protection law, and your rights under those laws are not affected by these Terms.

We may update these Terms from time to time. The “Effective” date above shows the latest version, and changes apply once posted. Continuing to use the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
